To role play, you have to think of a scene while another member will continue it.

Here are the rules:

-You need to apply for a character before you start role-playing

-You are discouraged from creating out-of-the- world scenes (scenes which may never happen, like ryoma landing on the moon)

-You are allowed to 'god-mode' (determine whether a shot is returnable)- e.g. you can say "Tezuka phantom is invincible- sanada's shot went out, 15-0 the referee announced" HOWEVER, refrain from describing impossible scenes, like sanada unable to return ryoma's twist serve.
I am aware that many forums do not allow this, but given the situation at hand, Tennis is an exception where god-modding is necessary. Despite of the above being said, I would like to remind members yet again, do not create out-of-the-world scenes which are very unlikely to happen.

NOTE: if there are special circumstances, (for example sanada is injured) then you are allowed to say that he was unable to return the twist serve.

-The role-playing posts must be 5 lines long. This is only fair to everyone. Simple make your post 5 lines long (when you type it) or dont post.

-If you wish to talk out of your character, (for example i wish to warn a member as the admin, not sanada genichirou) please type in "non-rpg" or "OOC"

-You are allowed to change your character, however only for a VALID reason. Please do not change your character simply because "I am bored role-playing XXX and I wish to have ZZZ since he's more interesting to role-play" We would also not accept excuses such as "My friend think I behave like so-and-so, therefore I would like to change my RP character to him." You can always PM the staff to ask about reasons that we approve. This rule will take effect from the 11th of January.

I guess that's all for now. these rules will take effect immediately from the point you have applied for a character.

There is a very obvious loophole here.

Of course everyone wants to win, so everytime, the other person would post that he/she had hit back the ball, even to the extent of:

"Ha! I shall show you my invincible return!
Ooh. Sucker, I caught it."

Anything dubbed invincible would be returned anyway. How would the game end?

kyuuki does have a point....

but then people know that if they do that then the game will go on forever...

so maybe people will be nice and let themselves loose once in a while? ;)

okay. maybe this is what we'll do: we can allow the member to do the 'godmodding' (which means to determine whether the shot is returned or not), however, refrain from doing out-of-the world scenes, like sanada unable to return the twist serve or something

maybe not a mod but someone else not playing that match?

eh on second thought probably not, it would be too time consuming

I got a question. Lets say if a player from Rikkai (Kirihara?) wanted to break into the Seigaku training courts, is he allowed?

Well basically you'll have to pm the author of such a thread and ask if it is allowed if yes go ahead if no abid by their answer. Sorry if it's not helpful but I really don't know what else to say...
