14 but really I hate this I tried everything this elbow isn't gonna cure at least that's what the doctor tried. I had the special cream, the radiology, but it's really not the elbow I damaged. It happened when I was a kid and I climbed a very high tree. I fell and my right arm got caught between two branches. Darn that tree! Now my elbow is almost alway's hurting, but that doesn't stop my tennis. I just play with more spin than power now.

Wow, you're young. Sounds painful. Played with too much power using an I.Radical for my elbow.

lol. Well I learned that age really doesn't matter I still beat all the seniors in my varsity team with the elbow. Hopefully it'll heal by the end of the year and my coach will let me play in the tournaments.
Oh gosh we're really off topic... Let's get back to talking about rackets.

@ The Progidy-san: thanks for the raquet advice, and Those raquets are shared by my mom and I.
I'm planning to get a new set of raquets, since mom didn't want me to hurt her raquets no more. Could someone suggest a raquet for me?(I'm keeping the Prince O3 Hybrid Shark OS I love it XD)

I'm definitely in love with my head racket again... Who knew that changing the string and tension would make it so good! Head's FXP power strings rock.

I'm using a K-Factor racket called K-Zero. I totally feel so accomplished with it, I can hit very well with this racket too.
In fact today I had a match with my coach, and I improved SO MUCH from one lesson. I can hit pretty hard like you see in the tennis games. I can even return hard ones too. It was all from this one lesson I had today.
I feel proud. =)

So you bought the k factor yet wing? Also make sure to get it stringed at a high tension somewhere between 56-60 lbs. The stupid ppl at the store will tell you that lower tensioned strings are the essence of power...I got tricked by that. There is a difference between power and speed, and in tennis speed is the winner. Roddick with his 150 mph serve uses 60lbs of tension now that's POWER and speed too. Federer uses something similar to roddick's racket tension I believe.

Yeah, I think I will buy it. I'll buy it off that site you showed me your racket from, you have to send me the link to that site later.
Are you sure that 56-60 lbs is necessary to get stringed at?

Yes 56-60 is ideal if you want to hit good topspin. Hey in the new racket guide 2008 they have the babalot storm rackets... Darn those are really nice. I also liked head's new microgel except for the yellow one... That one looks ugly.

Prince rackets are the ultimate weapons for spin and power. Head is POWER RAW POWER TOO MUCH POWER!!! Wilson is a mix of both worlds and perhaps the most versatile brand. I don't like babalot to much but it's a good company, yonex too, though it kinda fell from the market.

I'm gonna double post for the sake of bringing back something from the dead.
I finally decided to get a new racquet stupid head metallix wasn't worth the 200 dollars I spent. Way to head heavy and the frame is too light. No wonder my tennis elbow has been bad lately. So now I'm thinking of buying a good tour racquet. I already have the k six one tour but its too heavy for my taste and does bad on my shoulder. So I'm getting a kblade tour from my uncle and boy I played with that thing and I love it. Precision enhanced. Damn I see the light!

Or the kpro tour? And I think I played with the rage once. This kid in my Saturday class has it. Amazing for slices but a bit heavy.

I finally made the switch to a k factor, head was just not cutting it for me. My new kblade tour and I have been together for a bit now and after making some modifications with lead and a couple of overgrips I've got a near perfect racquet.

Just recently bought my K-Pro Open after demoing it over a year (with K-Zero) I didn't like the taste of it too much. Too much power can be a bad thing, and not only that but I just didn't like how the head was so big. It got to a point where I was putting stress on my arm.

K-Pro can be a great racket if you can handle it correctly. My main racket that I currently use is, Wilson [K] Zen team. I don't know how the strings are called but I know they are a lot harder then the previous ones, tension is about 26-27kg. It gets me good power on my forehand winners and backhand slices.
