A tie would be one of the more reasonable out comes because if not... there would be only a few options.
A) Rikka Dai wins B) Seigaku takes two games back and loses in singles 1 C) Seigaku takes two games back and wins .

Well it's really weird that although Rikkai is my favourite school, i'm hoping that seigaku will win ;D Yeah so i'd have to say that i support fuji.
It was an interesting chapter, but it didn't come as much of a surprise as i belived from the very beginning that Niou wasnt fully able to 'transform' into Tezuka (no offence shiraishik, but i never thought that Niou would be as powerful as Tezuka ;D), and that Fuji had a 6th counter (it was mentioned somewhere, right? that the 5th counter was no longer his 'final counter'

Keh... another Fuji supporter... figures. Fuji lost it with me even more now that he has a new counter. That's just too much.

isn't it amazing though? even if Niou loses, my favorite character has transformed into my second favorite character XD I'm so happy~
but, i am kind of angry that they are using Niou as a measuring stick for Fuji, first so Fuji could have his match against "Tezuka" (which they only actually had in the anime so far) and next so everyone could see how great Fuji is and how he wouldn't lose to Shiraishi if they played again, here's how i think it's gonna go down:
1) Fuji uses 6th counter 2) Everyone is amazed at 6th counter 3) Niou will or will not find a way to stop 6th, probably won't if they want to end it quickly 4) Shiraishi thinks: Fuji is amazing (etc etc) He is a genius (etc etc) There's no way i could beat him again (etc)
but i really hope i'm wrong, cause that is boring...

The Tennis Bible will be defeated, sadly... *sigh why must they ruin the story like so? It was KIND of good, now its being ruined now that the story is being rushed. Only Fuji/Ryoma fangirls can be happy at these turn of events.

I think they're rushing the Seigaku/ Rikkai Dai matches in the finals.
It's a shame they most likely want to end it quickly because some of those matches could have or could be interesting.
Plus if they want to show Yukimura and his moves (which is him playing as singles 1 probably) That would take a little while... plus Ryoma still suffers amnesia (and we still need to find out why he has amnesia. )

I think the best game in the nationals so far is sanada and tezuka's match. D2 ended too abruptly while Fuji's match with Niou lacked the "WOW" it had when Fuji played against Akaya in the Kantou Finals. Fuji's developing new counters one by one, and is totally pwning Niou. Fuji's charisma and talent put aside, this definitely isnt one of the best matches in the series.
Yep, and they have yet to show us Yukimura's moves. Considering that he's by far the strongest player, and that Echizen is the cocky kid who's invincible, their match would be pretty interesting. However, we still do not know how, when and why is ryoma gonna regain his memory.

All I have to say is WOW!!!
What an INSANELY CHEAP way to end such a match. I thought that the Cyclone Smash made in the Anime was bad, but WHAT THE F.U.C.K WAS THAT?!?! He hits a cordball that pops into the air and makes it so that the ball bounces into the seats no matter what?!?! WOW!!!!!!!!
I agree with you Kyuuki... completely agree.
At least Bleach is becoming interesting again... Prince Of Tennis just lost any coolness its ever had... if thats how its going to be, with D1 coming up, I have no doubt that Yukimura's match will be very disappointing. They'll play for a little bit, Ryoma will regain his memory, he opens up the Pinnacle of Perfection, Yukimura loses... It's over. *Sigh
To make it even worse, the only time we'll see Kintaro again is during Ryoma's match with Yukimura, he'll probably only be in one picture, saying a small comment about the game.

...well, i can't say much else than that, but that match was completely disappointing, {i was almost completely right about it too~ except for the Shiraishi thing} when the hell does he find the time to create a move like that?!?!?!? it doesn't make any sense....now the only thing i have to hope for is that Yagyuu is playing the next game or something cool...

I would also want to add something more: HOSHI HANABI? SERIOUSLY, KONOMI, YOU'VE LOST YOUR GLAMOUR.
DAMN YOU FUJI. OMG.

(YESH! SUPPORTERS!) I would also want to add something more: HOSHI HANABI? SERIOUSLY, KONOMI, YOU'VE LOST YOUR GLAMOUR.DAMN YOU FUJI. OMG. WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY? DAMN YOU, FUJI! It doesn't matter. The author wrote and we couldn't tell him what to write. I think the chapter is fine. It's not that bad and besides Fuji IS NOT damn.

HE SO IS. wait a minute, damn isn't even an adjective. DAMN YOU FUJI.[/b][/size]
I guess no match has got me so riled up, mad, sad, and excited as this one.
And Niou had so many chances to change into his fukubuchou or his buchou and pull down Fuji in a humiliating loss! Why didn't he do that? As long as they win, I don't think Sanada and Yukimura would bother much. SERIOUSLY, Niou could have handed Fuji his ass, why make him transform into two hopeless characters? Konomi deliberately dug him his grave when he transformed him into Tezuka, and then dug an even deeper one when he turned him into Shiraishi. Why? Why not give Niou the surefire win of transforming into Sanada or Yukimura? WHY?
and I do not need reminder that there are several hardcore Fuji fans trying to rebuke everything I say. This is where perserverance gets out of hand.

The thing I'm hoping for is that Echizen does open up the pinnacle of perfection, but loses to Yukimura anyway. The only thing that would satisfy me. And don't go into some Tezuka sacraficed his arm for nothing crap, or that he's the main character, he's supposed to win. It's so stereotypical and cliche', Konomi actually had a story going on earlier, but now it just sucks, it's becoming another stereotypical manga story that you find in practically all the other thousands of anime's out there, the supposed "good guy", which in manga/anime really means the main character, always wins.

lol, damn isn't an adjective, you guys crack me up ;D ;D I'm gonna be laughing at that all day, in church i'll just break down...anyway, i guess i'm over it, i mean, sure it's disappointing but, like Trang said, we can't change it or anything, so no need for the bold words.
I was also thinking that, wouldn't Niou have spent much more time with Sanada and Yukimura then Tezuka and Shiraishi? So how would he be able to "become" them without being able to "become" his own captain and vice? idk, hopefully Konomi has some sort of idea about how he's gonna end this and make it look good...

[question, just a random question
sanada nor yukimura are left handed right? (well maybe we dont know about yukimura)
i'd think that nioh would only be able to imitate left handed people (he should have done echizen xD)]
