i live in the U.S. and i think that the dubs are horrible. they make my ars bleed. thats why im glad i watch the japanese ones. i havent heard the chinese ones though. To me oishi sounds like the boys at my school (with his personality and that voice that creeps me out.) also in the dubs they take out the cussing and put in crappy alternate words. they think we don't cuss ourselves

its not because they think we cuss or not. I believe its to prevent it. I don't want to see a five year old cussing. At all! I do have a problem with the words they replace them as I wish they use better insults then that there are many good insults that don't have cussing you know. I think the only problem is the voices and the way they say there names wrong just drive me nuts

this is the reason i dont watch dubs. thankfully i have never watched the pot dub.
i would have been tempted to throw things at the tv. meh loves akaya. for them to screw up his character is wrong.
though i shouldnt be that upset since american companies that dub the animes feck over most of the anime they dub.

[english dub!! i hate it... the voices totally suck and the lip synching job was horrendous never watch the english dub, unless you want to die from the horror of the badness of their pathetic attempt to americanize tenipuri] You're totally RIGHT. Prince of Tennis English dubbed is by far the worst dub ever to be made. The voices are terrible! They could have gotten better voice actors to play the Prince of Tennis characters.
