The current employer of mine promized me of having the certain level of salary over the current job, and after i worked for the firm, and i realized that the firm has been pretty much in horrible debts where the account payables and account receivables could not be balanced over the normal operating activities of the company, spawning to the circumstances of having personels salary payment postponed frequently. However, i am on the so-called probationary period of time nowadays, where i have no contract with firm.....but it seemed to me that the owner would have to decrease my promised-salary by postponing the pay date..
