I have a 47 gallon hot water unit (210litres)
I can put it on auto to heat at nights, or
I can switch it on for one hour in the morning.
(both methods use the same off-peak meter)
When I had the auto on there was so much heat
in the water unit, it hit you when you opened the
cupboard door where the unit is.
