Water balloon fight in music video?

Does anybody know the name of the artist and/or song where in the music video the artist (some guy with what I believe is a slight lisp) is in the middle of a field and on both sides of him are people with water balloons? I remember somewhere towards the end of the song everybody starts chucking the balloons and the guy gets hit in the head with at least one. . .maybe more.
