To pull a car out of a mudhole, a 50 meter long rope is stretched between the front of the car and an immovable object in front of the car and then pushed sideways at the midpoint. Suppose the sideways force of 300 N is required to displace the midpoint 5m. What is the tension in the rope and the forward component of the force on the car?
