I joined a gym about a month ago. I have good Nike shoes that are broken in but not too old (3-4 months) and I added an arch support insert. My arches cramp and hurt so bad that today I had to cut my workout short. I usually do the elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike at the gym. What can I do to stop this from happening - aside from giving up my workouts? ================== Columns
