People say bad beats put you on tilt. When I get a bad beat I usually just quit playing for a long while because I know I am angry (and feel like quitting anyways).
Looking back at my recent huge losses, though, most of them happened when I don't have good cards for a long time.
I don't really loose up preflop, though. I still select cards like usual, but whenever the flop looks good to me I become very aggressive (like QQ with no A & K on board). I don't want to fold even if I don't have good confidence winning, and I push all in out of rage. I lose quite big this way many times. (And yes, I have to be pretty unlucky as well or I would have won.)
