yes. and i love it. there are several different styles, but i find that the mini cigarette is the most representative of a smoke. the sensation of smoking is extremely similar to a real cigarette. it is different, but if you are really looking to change your habit and you fear quitting, this is a good avenue.
if you aren't familiar, what happens is the e-cig is made of three parts: the rechargeable battery, the atomizer and the nicotine cartridge. When you take a drag, it causes the battery to activate the atomizer which heats up the nicotine solution and produces a water based vapor. As there is no tobacco, nothing burns and no second hand smoke is produced. You can smoke them anywhere as they are odorless and the vapor is waterbased so it dissipates.
