Have house prices in Spain bottomed out now, or do

My parents are looking at retiring there, but have had a setback with their buyer who has had to pull out. We are not sure whether prices are likely to drop further or if now is the best chance they have in terms of price. Would be grateful of any opinions. Thanks!
