So basically guys I've set up this chibi section of the forum with some help from Zuka-kun seeing that geni is not here for the moment. In the chibixd thread we were discussing about how we should set up the chibi board and so I came out with some ideas.
We can't have a chibi board in just one thread therefore I implore everyone who is in a particular group (ex: fudomine cops, Seigaku family...etc) to set up a thread particularly for that group. I think jessa or megumi have already made a thread. I suggest we all do the same. Maybe your part of shitenhouji and you don't have a particular group. If that's the case I suggest you go visit the chibixD thread where we will try to assign you a suitable post.
However most of you will question how everyone will interact with each other. This is solved simply. Every particular group, let's the seigaku family, will have a sort of admin or head who leads the group. This head of the family will have to pm other groups, such as the fudomine cops, if they want to create a joint thread in which something particular happens.
This way the system will be arranged. The heads of course will notify the other members about what they will be doing and the role play can begin. If you want to invite only certain members of a group to join your thread you will have to PM them instead of the head. But if you wish to invite more than 3 people from a certain group you will have to pm the head. If there is a mass event say with more than three groups, please alert a staff member so it can be organized and not a pile of rubbish.
This might lead into some difficulties but I think the heads should be selected by the staff... I'm only saying this because we need to administer the whole board itself and selecting heads is a perfect way to keep it organized... disagree with my power hungriness if you will but I think this is best set if we choose some responsible people from each group.

OH yes I almost forgot... See how Jessa organized the ramen noodle shop thread? She gave the reader a list of jobs and who's doing what. I would appreciate it if you did the same.
